*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. By this order, CWP No.22170 and 22171 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

In both these writ petitions, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to sanction the enhanced amount of compensation regarding acquisition of the land. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Balraj, Section Officer, O/o Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula, has stated that the amount as per the award passed by the Land Acquisition Collector under Section 28A of

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous. However, the respondents shall remain bound by the stand taken.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
