 Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and the same are pending in the Courts at Rohtak. In the petition under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, the respondent is already making appearance before the Court. Also, it is submitted that the applicant is unemployed and she has no source of earning. In the given circumstances, it is submitted that it is difficult for the applicant to commute a distance of about 60 kilometres, from the place of her residence, to defend the divorce petition.
