(Oral) Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the Written Examination dated 23.07.2023 conducted vide Recruitment Notice for the post of Constables dated 20.05.2023, U.T. Chandigarh (Annexure P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
