(Oral) This is appeal filed by claimants Baksho and others, claiming enhancement of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal vide award dated 01.05.2014 for death of Gurmail Chand in a motor vehicle accident with car bearing registration no. PB-37-E-2164. The petition was filed under Section 163-A of the Motor Vehicle Act. The deceased was 54 years of age and the Tribunal after taking his income as `3300/- per month and applying the multiplier as per Schedule II of the Motor Vehicle Act allowed compensation of `3,07,000/-.

Learned counsel for appellants could not make out as to under which head compensation can be enhanced. This appeal has no merit and the same is dismissed.
