The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No.247 dated 17.8.2021 at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar under Sections 307, 34 and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

Mr. Arvind Pal Singh, Advocate has today put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of cross-versions and that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties. 4.

On the other hand, learned State counsel has pointed out that there are 6 other cases pending against the petitioner. It has also been informed that challan already stands presented.

Learned counsel for the complainant has, however, endorsed the factum of compromise and has submitted that he has no objection for grant of bail to the petitioner.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the matter is stated to have been compromised and challan already stands presented and the instant case is also stated to be a case of cross-versions, the petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
