(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a fresh writ petition bearing CWP No. 12029 of 2015, wherein, all the factual matrix and legal issues as raised in the instant writ petition and also incorporating all the amendments and events which had taken place after the filing of the instant writ petition, has already been filed. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that CWP No. 12029 of 2015 having been filed, the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in the said writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say, that the withdrawal of this writ petition shall not be taken as adverse to the petitioner in CWP No. 12029 of 2015. The record of this writ petition be tagged with CWP No. 12029 of 2015.
