(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to medical condition of the petitioner, he is unable to surrender immediately and seeks extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.01.2022 upto 25.08.2022. Given the medical condition of the petitioner, interim regular bail granted vide order dated 07.01.2022 is extended till 25.08.2022 and he shall surrender before the concerned jail, Superintendent on 26.08.2022 upto 4 p.m. Petition is disposed of with liberty to file fresh after surrender. It is made clear no further application for extension shall be considered.
