Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.107 dated 02.08.2020 under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 registered at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar, Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioner has been arrested, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
