* * * * The matter has again been discussed today in detail with the learned counsel for the parties and one of the claimants, Smt. Babita and they have agreed to a settlement.

As agreed, as per statements of the claimant-Babita, learned counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of `6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lac Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim of the claimants. Two months' time is allowed to the Insurance Company to deposit the amount with the MACT, Faridabad, failing which, interest at the rate of 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. As desired by the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to appellant No.1-Babita through account payee's cheque or be deposited in her Bank Account.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
