Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Office of Superintendent of Police Mewat at Nuh to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.102 dated 19.8.2021 registered at Police Station City Tauru, District Nuh under Sections 147, 148, 323, 452 and 506 of Indian Penal Code is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest. 2.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Office of Superintendent of Police Mewat at Nuh so as to enable them to do the needful expeditiously.
