The petitioners have filed the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas-Corpus directing the official respondents to release the detenues, namely, Rajni d/o Sulkhan Singh, Sam and Guri, minor daughters of Rajni from the illegal custody of respondents No.6 to 8 by appointing Warrant Officer. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 04.06.2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the alleged detenue, namely, Rajni d/o Sulkhan Singh, Sam and Guri, her minor daughters have been produced before this Court. The alleged detenue, Rajni, submits that she is about 27 years of age and is married to Tirath Ram. She states that she is happily residing with her husband in her matrimonial home and is living there with her own free will. She further submits that the present petitioner has no concern with her and that the present petition is wholly frivolous.

In view of the statement made by the alleged detenue, no further directions are required to be passed by this Court. Consequently, the present petition stands dismissed.
