This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. The petitioner is stated to be aggrieved by the respondentauthorities not releasing the time table to the petitioner, who statedly holds a valid route permit to ply his vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that legal notice dated 26.10.2020 (Annexure P-13), in this respect has been submitted by the petitioner but no action is being taken by the authorities causing manifest injustice besides financial loss to the petitioner. No serious objection has been raised to the limited prayer addressed. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, but without any expression of opinion on the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide legal notice dated 26.10.2020 (Annexure P-13) by passing a speaking order, within a period of two weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
