*** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.5 & 6. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3-the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar to decide the representations dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) and dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-5) within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3-the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) and dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-5), after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
