(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the Arbitration decision dated 02.09.2015, in Court today, which has been recorded by the Sub Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Pathankot, wherein, the matter has been settled for `27,37,504/- + `250/-, totalling `27,37,754/-. The copy of Arbitration decision is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

In view thereof, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that an amount of `11,00,000/- has already been paid and the remaining amount is being paid and therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
