(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.1 & 2 to get the physical possession of House No.718, Sector 1, HUDA, Colony, Rohtak (Haryana), belonging to respondent No.3 under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the 2002 Act'). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner-Bank submitted that the physical possession of the secured asset has since been taken over by the petitioner-Bank. Accordingly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
