Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 09.03.2016 (P-1) erroneously passed in show-cause notice Nos.79 & 80 of 2016 in Appeal case No.8447 of 2015. It transpires that on the last seven occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned State counsel, on instructions apprised the court that desired information has already been supplied to the petitioner..

In view of the above, it seems that petitioner has lost interest in the matter, therefore, the same is disposed off as such. However, it is clarified that in case petitioner feels aggrieved against this order, he would be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of the present writ petition.
