(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.145 dated 03.10.2025 registered under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 [Section 117(2) added later on] of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Jaito, District Faridkot. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
