This petition has been filed under section 528 BNSS, 2023, to conduct fair and impartial enquiry into the application (Annexure P.2) and take action in accordance with law to fairly investigate into the death of the daughter of the petitioner who the petitioner suspects has been killed by her husband respondent no.4 and has misinformed the police by twisting the facts and creating the same be an accidental death and саггу out further investigations into FIR No.27 dated 24.03.2025 under section 106(1), 281, 125 BNS, 2023 PS Zira (Ferozepur)and to initiate appropriate action against respondent no.4 after conducting fair and prompt investigation in the matter. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2. Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ferozepur to decide the representation dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P.4) and Annexure P.5 (e. mail communication from police), within a time bound manner. 3.
Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2.Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ferozepur is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P.
4) and Annexure P.5 (e.mail communication from police), after giving opportunity of hearing to them, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
