***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction that payment of honorarium/sitting charges be made to him for the period he remained Ombdusman MGNERGA. According to him, his claim has been rejected on the ground that the bills were not submitted in the prescribed format. However, it has been urged before the court that the petitioner was unable to submit his bills as per pro-forma as entire record is available with respondent No.2/3.

Petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that respondent No.2 shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision within two months from today. If some payment is found due to the petitioner, same shall be released to him forthwith.
