The petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.07.2014 passed by respondent No.2, declining prayer of the petitioner regarding correction in the answer keys of question Nos.26 and 52 of the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET examination) conducted on 05.11.2011. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and examining the available record, I am of the considered opinion that not only 5 years have passed since the examination was held in the month of November, 2011 but also the present petition has been filed to challenge the order dated 08.07.2014 in April 2016.

The present petition is, thus, hopelessly time barred and is dismissed only on the ground of delay and laches. May 02, 2016 (Rakesh Kumar Jain) vinod* Judge
