Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant-petitioner submits that during the pendency of the main writ petition, the petitioner has been acquitted in the criminal case vide order dated 10.02.2026 passed by learned Special Judge, Mansa, as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
