Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside action of the respondents in not considering the candidature of the petitioner and further directing the respondents to consider the petitioner as eligible for appointment to the post of PGT (Maths).

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the controversy is squarely covered by the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Haryana Staff Selection Commission Vs. Priyanka and others, 2021(4) SCT 80. The petitioner's candidature had been rejected solely on the ground that the result of her qualifying examination i.e. B.Ed. had not been officially declared before the cut of date i.e. 12.10.2015. It is the categoric stand of the petitioner that she had applied to Maharishi Dayanand University for her confidential result, which was conveyed to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission before the cut off date. CWP-27582-2018 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Sh. Sukhwinder, ADA, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, submits that petitioner's candidature has been considered and her roll number figures in the list of selected candidates in the revised result, issued subsequent to the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Priyanka's case (supra). In view of the above, present writ petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
