(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenues mentioned in para No.4 of the petition, which according to the petitioner are illegally detained by respondents No. 4 and 5. On 01.12.2020, the State was directed to submit its report in this regard. The status report has been submitted by the District Magistrate, Sonipat, in which, it is stated that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ganaur as Executive Magistrate was deputed to inspect the site and submit the report and a committee was also constituted in this regard by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ganaur, to visit the site of M/s Ashok Bhatta Company and submitted its report that neither the complainant/petitioner and other persons mentioned in the writ petition nor any evidence of illegal detention/bonded labour were found on the spot.
