(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to correct the Zonning of Government Senior Secondary School, Bhiwani Khera where the petitioner is presently posted from Zone 1 to Zone 2 for the purpose of Teachers' Transfer.

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Mr.Namit Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been transferred yesterday i.e. On 21.08.2019 and at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-5) within some specified time. CWP No.22413 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-5) after affording the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.50,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
