(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the amicable settlement has been reached between the parties and the appeal filed at the instance of the petitioner, pending before the Appellate Authority, has since been dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 28.04.2025.

In the given circumstances, counsel submits that he does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
