***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ in the nature mandamus, directing the respondents to refix the pay/pension after protecting their last pay drawn on the post of Senior Assistant, which was wrongly reduced on their reversion as Clerks in December, 2000 and to pay arrears along with interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of accrual till its realization. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners feel satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 28.09.2017 (Annexure P-7), within a stipulated period. 3.

The instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1-Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Main Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioners in their representation dated 28.09.2017 (Annexure P-7) and to decide the same, within Sonika 2017.12.21 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
