The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing order dated 10.11.2017 (Annexure P-14) which the case of the petitioner to the post of Principal has not been considered.

Learned counsel would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Principal, however, he has not been granted consequential benefits as yet, for which he seeks liberty to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case the petitioner submits a representation, as stated above, within a period of one month, the respondents are directed to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of its receipt. ,(  -   % & & #
