(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to respondent No.1 to regularize the Term Loan account and CC Limit account of the petitioner, which has been declared as NPA. A further prayer has also been made for issuing direction to the respondent not to attach the residential house measuring 16.05 Marla, which is in the name of the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, as inadvertently, certain relevant facts and documents could not be incorporated in the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action by incorporating better and correct particulars.
