-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.164 dated 8.8.2022 registered under Sections 295-A, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar District Fazilka.

The counsel for the petitioner apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Piara Singh has not controverted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and GAURAV SOROT 2023.02.08 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-40667-2022 further submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 07.09.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
