(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under section 528 BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to section 482 Cr.PC) with a prayer to direct respondent No.2Superintendent of District Jail Neemaka, Faridabad, to permit the petitioner to be taken to a private hospital for proper medical examination, diagnosis and treatment of his stomach diseases and associated ailments at his own cost, and to make necessary arrangements for his safe escort and return. 2.

Learned State counsel has appeared on advance notice, and has apprised the Court that the Medical Officer, District Jail, Faridabad has got the petitioner examined and as per the diagnostic record, the findings suggest that there is non-obstructive left renal calculi, i.e. the petitioner is having stone in his kidney.

In that view of the matter, the instant petition is allowed with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner for MOHIT GOYAL 2026.06.09 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
