(ORAL) ase heard via   Vide these petitions, the petitioners seek the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.177, dated 14.08.2021, having been registered at Police Station Titram, District DINESH 2022.02.17 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M nos.38458 and 44780 of 2021 -2Kaithal, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 380 and 457 of the IPC (with Section 411 of the IPC added later). The petitioners having been admitted to interim bail vide orders passed on 06.10.2021 in CRM-M-38458 of 2021 and 01.11.2021 in CRM-M44780 of 2021, a short reply has been filed by the DSP, Kalayat, in one of the petitions, which is ordered to be taken on record. As per the said reply also, the challan has already been submitted to the competent court, with it also stated therein that six pigs as are alleged to have been stolen, have been recovered and handed over to the complainant on Sapurdari.

Learned State counsel also submits that in fact one pig was recovered from another co-accused.
