Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 not to conduct any further inquiry in FIR No.0096, dated 22.08.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Jalandhar Cantt., Jalandhar District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the aforesaid FIR has been quashed vide order dated 08.11.2024 passed in CRM-M-333312024. 3.

The said fact has not been controverted by the learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
