The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the judgment dated 26.03.2025 passed in CWP-352832024, whereby the respondent No.2-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection, Panchkula (Haryana) was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 01.10.2024 s the petitioner, and pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of two months. 2.
Learned State counsel submits that, in compliance of the order dated 26.03.2025, order dated 04.11.2025 has been passed by Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection, Panchkula (Haryana), and a copy of the said order has been produced, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of order dated 04.11.2025 shows that order dated 26.03.2025 passed in CWP-35283-2024 has been complied with. LALITA 2026.03.27 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, the contempt stands purged and the rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.11.2025 in accordance with law. 6.
