"After going through the statements and the file, I am satisfied that petitioner/accused Sourav Kashyap and respondent/ complainant Ashish have got recorded their statements voluntarily with regard to the compromise and the compromise is genuine one. It is submitted that :- (i) It is submitted that as per statement of complainant Ashish and accused Sourav Kashyap the compromise is genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence. (ii) It is submitted that as per statement of Investigating Officer, there is only one accused/petitioner i.e. Sourav Kashyap arrayed in the FIR and there is only five complainant i.e. Ashish, Ashwani, Pankaj, Vishal and Sourav Hans in the present FIR. (iii) It is submitted that as per report of Ahlmad accused Sourav Kashyap was declared as proclaimed offender, so file was consigned to record room on 13.08.2018 vide Goshwara No.906.
