**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against respondents No.7 to 12, in view of the MLR dated 24.08.2022 (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to issuance of directions to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, to decide the representation dated 29.08.2022 moved by the petitioner, within a stipulated period. Learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent No.7 have no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, is allowed.
