The learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that in view of the decision in Court on its own Motion v. Union of India and Others (Civil Writ Petition No. PIL-77 of 2021) wherein all the interim orders passed in order to protect the interest of the parties during COVID-19 have been withdrawn, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. 2.
