Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 02.08.2021 (P-2) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Treasury Office, Gurdaspur to District Treasury Office, Amritsar.
After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the representation dated 08.10.2021 (P-4) is decided expeditiously.
Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent. On asking of the Court, Ms. Sunint Kaur, AAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner.
