Since in respect of allegations, as carried in the apposite representation, to which Annexure P-3 is assigned, it is fairly submitted, at the bar, by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that an application cast under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC, has been instituted, levelling thereins allegations qua the defendants-non decree holders, and, against whom also allegations are made in Annexure P-3, qua theirs purportedly willfully, and, intentionally violating the mandate of an ad interim injunction, being passed, by the learned Civil Judge concerned. 2.

Therefore, since the afore remedy is the most efficacious, and, befitting one, than the remedy, as is chosen to be availed through Annexure P-3, rather against the non decree holders-defendants concerned.
