Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised that during the pendency of this petition, petitioner has died in an accident. He submits that he has received no instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased. Mr. Sharma, however, prays that liberty may be granted to seek revival in case he receives any instructions. In view of above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
