Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the claim submitted by it for grant of compensation on account of loss caused to it due to Jat agitation in the year 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Claim Tribunal has failed to decide the matter, although a period of more than four years has elapsed.
