(ORAL) The injury attributed to the petitioner being simple in nature as per the learned State counsel, on instruction from the police official assisting him, and the learned counsel for the petitioner having pointed out that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the father of the complainant (the complainant being a minor), the petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be admitted to bail upon his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
