*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (oral) In pursuance of order dated 27.08.2019, an inspection was carried out by the Central Council of Indian Medicine and deficiencies were found to be completed as is clear from letter dated 23.09.2019. However, it has been pointed out and mentioned in said letter that as per requirements, all short comings observed in the academic session 2019-20, should have been fulfilled by 31.12.2018.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon order passed in CWP No.18327 of 2019 titled as Harmony Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital vs. Union of India decided on 09.09.2019 NEETU RANI 2019.09.27 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

and submits that while disposing of that case, a direction was issued to respondent-University to allow the petitioner to proceed with the admission process. Leaned counsel also submits that after the second counselling, mop-up round is still there where public notice can be issued. Accordingly, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as well as directions issued in CWP No.18327 of 2019, order dated 19.07.2019 is set-aside and the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-University to allow the petitioner to proceed with the admission process.
