(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the impugned alignment of the proposed V-2 (a) road, made pursuant to the proposals under the Head "Provisions of Additional Road Links between Delhi and Gurgaon" as well as under Head No.4 "Transport and Communication" from Dwarka Residential Complex of Delhi to National Highway No.8 passing at Gurgaon through Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, as illustrated in the final Drawing dated 05.02.2007 (Annexure P3) and reiterated in the Final Development Plan of Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex-2031 AD (Annexure P-13).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the authority concerned and direction be issued to decide the same expeditiously.
