ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is to transfer the investigation of FIR No.070 dated 11.05.2019 registered under Sections 307, 308, 323, 447, 148, 149, 506 IPC at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala to some other independent agency like CBI.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from the SHO, Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga, submits that the investigation is complete and challan stands presented before the Illaqa Magistrate on 28.08.2019.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
