(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.67, dated 177.04.2026, under Sections 115(2), 298, 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (subsequently added Section 110 of BNS, 2023), registered at Police Station Hathur, Ludhiana. 2.

After having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to file afresh after making necessary corrections in the pleadings qua the additional of offences as has been pointed by learned State counsel, which do not find part of the prayer made in the instant petition. 3.

Prayer is accepted. The petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
