The petitioners' only grievance is that the Director of Frauds constituted by the Department of Company Affairs has not considered the representation which the petitioner has given through Annexure P10. The Counsel for the petitioners states that he will be satisfied if the representation is appropriately considered and favourable order passed in order that action is undertaken in the manner contemplated under Sections 235 or 237 of the Companies Act.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to consider the representation under Annexure P-10 within a period of six weeks. The petitioner shall append a copy of the representation and the copy of the order to the 2nd respondent for appropriate orders in the manner indicated above. 3.
