AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (Oral) By this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail' under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.47, dated 24.3.2021, having been registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 379-B/323/427 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points to Annexure P-2, which is seen to be an affidavit stated to have been executed by the complainant in the FIR, i.e. by Jagat Singh son of Bhajan Singh, stating to the effect that the matter has been compromised by him with both the accused that he had named in the FIR, i.e. the petitioner Sahil Kumar, as also one Love Kumar.

CRM-M-46052 of 2021 this court on 12.10.2021 in the case of the aforesaid Love Kumar (CRM-M no.41984 of 2021), admitting that person to bail on the same ground.
