The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to release pensionary benefits as are available to widow and minor children of a deceased employee.

The husband of the petitioner was working with respondent No.5-M/s Winsome Yarns Limited. He passed away on 24.11.2020. The petitioner claims that she has not received terminal benefits of her deceased husband as official respondents and private respondents are neither completing the formalities nor looking into her grievance. 3.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, at this stage, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation/legal notice dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-5) of Anju Goel 2024.08.05 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
