Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without making any expression on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.0099 dated 27.7.2019 is got investigated at the earliest and the needful is done in accordance with law. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.
