RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to enter and sanction the mutation of land in question in favour of petitioner in pursuance of judgment and decree dated 15.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Hon'ble Court in RSA No.732 of 2008.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representations, Annexure P-5 and P-6, were filed on 08.02.2023 and 24.05.2023, but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Mr.Arun William, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur, to decide the representation, dated 24.05.2023, Annexure P-6 expeditiously in MEENU 2023.08.10 14:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
